Unlike traditional studio rentals, we work with each artist to customize their space from the ground up. Most spaces start as a simple plot of floorspace, and can be customized with walls, windows or doors. Need specialized ventilation? Want a specific lighting setup? We can help make it happen. Your studio should work for you, not against you.
All Media Welcome
We genuinely mean it when we say all creative passions are allowed. From metal fabrication and welding to watercolor and woodworking, if it's creative, it belongs here.
24/7 Access
With 24/7 access and your own exclusive space, you have complete control over your workspace and schedule. Work at 3 AM if inspiration strikes.
Creative Community
